What do you do for work?
After completing my degree in food engineering, I embarked on my childhood dream of becoming a scientist and making discoveries by pursuing a master's degree. However, a more significant factor shaping my career was the question, "What is my impact?" While seeking answers to this question, I delved into the field of sustainability and encountered social impact analysis. My new journey began as a sustainability specialist in a textile company and extended to volunteering in an ecological village in Sweden. For my next step, I am planning to once again engage in impact-focused projects.
What is your source of inspiration?
My research state, which I call the learning spiral, inspires me. When I sit down to research or understand a topic, I can come out of a completely different place at the end of the day. But along the way, a lot of new ideas come to my mind and I like to analyze these ideas later. It inspires me to take time to nourish myself. This could be walking in nature, meditating or spending the day with myself. I love adapting the enlightenments I experience in these moments to my work.
